Building a heavy-duty flatcar

The railroad gets a new flatcar to carry a special load
Name: Todd Haskins
Railroad Name: Cape Cod Central
Location: Cape Cod
Theme: Fun
Description: I rebuilt my scratched/ bashed heavy duty depressed center flatcar so it could handle bigger loads. I cut out the short 7" deck and replaced it with a 12".
One day I was rail fanning at the main yard and spotted the HD flat ready to roll. It would later return with a neat load. Happy RRing!
